随着高等教育管理体制改革的深化和毕业生就业方式的转变，大学生面临着越来越激烈的就业竞争。在社会和市场的巨大压力之下，相当多的大学生未能有充分的时间和精力来设计和规划自己的未来，盲目的急于先就业，给自己造成时间上、精力上和财力上的损失，甚至有可能影响自己人生的发展。因此，开展大学生职业生涯规划指导，帮助大学生，明确目标，有意识的培养自己的多种能力，把所学的知识运用到实践中，结合社会需要开拓美好前程具有较强的现实意义。
With deepen the higher education management system the reform and change the graduate student employment method, all the undergraduates have to face the more and more vigorous employment competition. Under the strength of the society and the market, a lot of undergraduates haven’t enough time and energy to design and plan their future. They are eager to working first, which give them the loss of their own time, spirit and finance, sometimes, which even influence the development of their lives. Accordingly, we have to help the student instruct their career, emphasis their main body consciousness, explicit their targets, mastery more abilities, study how to apply what they have learnt from books into reality.

with the reform of higher education management system deepening and the employment ways of graduates changed, the graduates are facing a increasingly cut-throat competition. under the great pressure of the society and the human resource market,quite a few students are just blindly eager for being employed but plan their future carefully. this wastes them lots of time, vigor and money and even has a bad influence on their future development. therefore, it has a strong realistic significance to give students some guidelines on their lifetime career planning, which helps them define their objectives, cultivate various ablities consciously, put the theories into practice by adapting to society and open up a wonderful prospect ultimately.
